Purchase/Shipping:
Your order will ship once your payment has cleared through our payment gateway.
We will strive to have your purchase shipped within 1 Business day under most circumstances; any exceptions will be noted with a site-wide banner during any time we would expect to exceed 2 business days in processing your order for shipment.
Tracking numbers will be provided and uploaded to your order number. Our system should notify you once the tracking number is available.
If your order/item has an associated shipping cost, it will show in your cart.
Upgraded shipping options are available and will show during checkout; the fees are estimates – if your express shipment costs more than the charge, we will contact you regarding the order. The vast majority of orders are upgraded with no issue.
Keep in mind that digital goods (like manuals for vehicles) are delivered via download and are non-returnable; these items are considered as final sales; no refund will be given. If you experience an issue with download/digital delivery, let us know; we will work to resolve your issue. Our server keeps track of download attempts and there are limits set for each file purchase.

Returns/Refunds:
We hope that you will be pleased with the item you have purchased. However, if you are not satisfied with you item, we do allow for returns on your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You must contact us for prior authorization and meet the general return policy conditions, which are:
Sealed parts/pieces must remain sealed. Item must be unused and in the condition in which it was shipped. All packaging must be present (if shipped with original box/package). Buyer is responsible for return shipping- No exceptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping damage is not a valid reason for a return if shipping insurance is not requested or purchased. Electronics once opened and used are non-returnable. No warranty of calibration is expressed or implied – Calibration, or the lack thereof, is not a valid reason for return – if calibration is stated in the description, we strongly recommend insurance as we do not cover shipping damage in our return policy. Automotive/machine parts are non-returnable once mounted on vehicle/machine; check application prior to purchase. Check photos for contents of sale. Buyer is liable for any charges if address is not correct and package is returned- verify shipping address prior to payment. We reserve the right to combine shipments or specify shipping service on a case by case basis. Digital products (like vehicle manuals) are not eligible for returns or refunds; if you have experienced a issue with digital delivery, contact us via email and include a reference for your paid order number; we will make sure you have access to your paid file(s).
General Policies

We are very generous with leeway for posting our our blog articles; we ask that you keep the post related to the initial topic, relevant to the vehicle/discussion in question, and of a general “calm” tone. We screen all posts and comments to ensure relevant information is added while “spam” is not. Chances are, if you are a person willing to take the time to comment, we will happily approve your post/comment so long as we can see even a loose relevance to the article/discussion.
